Merqado is provided by Guava Ventures to consulting firms under the agreement each firm signs with us. If you use Merqado as a member of a firm, you do so under that agreement and your firm’s own policies.

Use Merqado only for your firm’s legitimate work, keep your sign-in to yourself, and don’t upload content you aren’t allowed to share with your engagement team. Answers and drafts generated by AI can be wrong; check them against the linked sources before relying on them.

Your firm owns its content. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk. Questions: maxam@guava.ventures.
